Requests to deliver beyond this point require mutual agreement between the driver and recipient.<\/li><li><strong>Unavailable at Time of Delivery:<\/strong> If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, no refund will be issued and the full order amount will still be charged.<\/li><li><strong>Product Availability:<\/strong> All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal value, or contact you to choose a replacement.
